Cambios al Condo Disclosure & Exclusive right to Lease.

El Condominium Disclosure (CD-2)ha sido revisado 06/2009 para incorporar el Disclosure del Drywall Chino en el Parrafo 5 de Environment.

El Exclusive Right to Lease (ERL-2) En el Inciso (a) Advertising. del Parrafo 4 se incorpora (Owner opt out) y la palabra Owner se incorpora al lenguaje correspondiente con Virtual Office Websites. Ademas en el Parrafo 6 de Compensacion se agrego una clausula donde el Dueño acuerda pagar la comision basado en un porcentaje del pago del primer mes de renta. Por lo que yo sugiero que si se va a pagar un mes de renta como comision, marcar esta clausula y poner 100% del primer mes de renta que sera la comision.
