The realtors sought do not need to be bilingual. Here's the deal...You, realtor, will be called by Aurora Vilela and assistant and given name and phone number of the buyer and property he/she is interested in. This will be an easy sell for you because all properties are 15-70% below value. There will be another realtor involved and you would simply split the commission in half as usual. Underground Real Estate will simply charge you .50 percent of the portion of your commission, due at closing. Example: Based on a sales price of $200,000, with 6% commission, you receive $6,000 in commission. The other realtor receives the other $6,000. Our publication, Underground Real Estate, charges you $300 finder's fee for providing you with the buyer closing on the property.
